To brand their new housing development in East Sacramento, the team behind Sutter Park sought to build a brand which showcased the uniqueness of the community. Once a collection of small farms, orchards and dairies, East Sacramento has grown to become one of the most coveted neighborhoods of Sacramento. With a rich history of community and architecture, it is important when building a brand that the city’s heritage not be forgotten. A delicate balance demanding the careful consideration of historical charm and modern elegance must be defined. Building the brand around key characteristics and tone, we worked to establish an overall style that will create a harmony between old and new.
